New Kingdom Trailriders Announces Volunteer Training for Summer 2009 on April 4th!

New Kingdom Trailriders is celebrating its 25th year of offering therapeutic horseback riding to specially challenged individuals in the Quad Cities and surrounding communities, and is a NARHA Premier Accredited non-profit organization. New Kingdom Trailriders is operated mainly by volunteers and holds riding lessons from April - October. Through riding lessons, specially challenged individuals experience physical, mental and social development. To prepare for your volunteer experience, please plan to attend Volunteer Training on Saturday, April 4th from 9am-4pm at Schone's Friendship Farm, located at 15711 13th Street in Milan.

Tina Giordano - Way more than riding!

"Parelli Natural Horsemanship...the ULTIMATE way to train your horse." Licensed Parelli Professional Tina Giordano has been studying Parelli since 1998, and was one of the founding members of the Parelli Faculty. She was privileged to be chosen to live and teach at the Parelli centers in Florida and Colorado under the tutelage of Pat and Linda Parelli for two years. During her time there, she led both the Freestyle Riding and Finesse Riding Courses and supported the Liberty and Horse Behavior Course. She is a 3 Star Instructor and now makes her home in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Her goal as an Instructor is to help horses and humans develop a harmonious relationship in whatever discipline they are involved. She brings her passion for horses as well as the experiences and insights she gained as a Faculty Member to all of her clinics.
