We are very excited to bring you the 2009 Arizona Equine Resource Guide! The new bigger and better printed edition is on its way! You can download a pdf of the complete guide from our website and view it until you receive your individual copy. Thanks for your patience while we send out the finished guides and update our website with the new 2009 information by early February. The books are being sent to the Arizona Horse Clubs and Associations to give out to members and participants at shows and events. Sports Psychology for Show Prep

In the show ring, any edge a competitor can get is worth the time and effort. Sports Psychology has much to offer the competitive equestrian. Bringing Horses to Optimal Health Naturally

It can be overwhelmingly difficult to find easy and straightforward information about biologically appropriate equine nutrition and holistic approaches toward health. Arizona State 4-H Team has an amazing Quiz Bowl Experience

After months of preparation, the Arizona State 4-H Horse Bowl team attended the Western National Region Horse Classic wherre they competed against members from across the U.S. & Canada. In spite of illnesses, they had an excellent showing, competing in four rounds. Coach Dru Alberti commented, "I was very proud of my girls. They all had one or more strong rounds as individuals, yet as a team they were even more fantastic." Not only did the 4-H members participate in the Quiz bowl competition, four members had an opportunity to tour Colorado State University, which has an excellend equine studies program. "It was an awesome experience and anyone who qualifies to go should do it! We met so many other kids and collegiate 4-H'ers from around the country...even Hawaii! It was a lot of work to study and prepare, but well worth it.", said Paige Linne.
