New Beginnings Paso Fino Horse Rescue is a 501c(3) non-profit rescue's mission is "changing a horse's world, one donation at at time." They provide temporary shelter and rehabilitation to abused, neglected, unwanted, and "at risk" horses, with emphasis toward the Paso Fino Breed.
