Buddy Uldrikson - There is another way! |
|
Buddy Uldrikson's philosophy is grounded in the methodologies of horsemen like Ray Hunt and Tom Dorrance. He is the one they call "An Uncommon Horseman" because he has a natural ability to connect with a horse. He helps students to communicate with the heart, and can help you and your horse, no matter what the discipline.
Buddy's training is based on working as closely with the owner/rider as he does with the horse. His goal is to build a sense of confidence in both horse and rider during the training process—a win-win situation. That's one of the reason he enjoys working with beginner/novice riders and starting young horses. Besides clinics in Arizona and Southern California, Buddy has training facilities in Scottsdale and Wickenburg, and will also come to you and your horse.

October/November Rescue Corner - How you can help! |

Dreamchaser Horse Rescue & Rehabilitation Trail Ride on October 24th at Horse Lover's park in Phoenix.
Saddle up and join them for a Poker Ride to benefit Dreamchaser PMU Rescue and Rehabilitation. Currently, they have over 60 rescued horses, and that is a LOT of mouths to feed! But, you can help AND have a great time doing it! The weather will be great, and it's time to hit the trails for a good cause and a lot of FUN! Prizes for the top poker hand and raffles, too! Hacienda de los Milagros has had a challenging year, and has been having difficulty feeding the rescued equines in residence. 2nd Annual Fall Follies Horse Show Benefits Equine Eden Rescue Center on November 14th.
This benefit horse show will take place at the Thunderbird Fire District Arena at 12365 N. Ralston Road in Maricopa. The show will start at 8 am, with registration open at 7 am. Equine Eden provides around the clock care to rescued horses, and strives to eliminate abuse and neglect by promoting responsible horse ownership through education and community awareness.
